All services offered are for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Any inappropriate or non-professional behavior will not be tolerated. If our therapist or the client feels uncomfortable for any reason they may end the session immediately. There is absolutely no sexual component of massage or any other service we offer. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of the session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. The client will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of the session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.

Complete policy details will be provided in the new client consultation form that will be signed prior to the first session.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please let us know in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice before the appointment start time. For single-sessions, appointment changes or cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of the deposit fee. For members, appointment changes or cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of a 1 hour session credit. No-shows will have the same effect as a cancellation within 24 hours.

Late Arrival Policy

We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to answer any intake questions your therapist may have. On your first session we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the new client intake form if you have not done so already. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client and sometimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without delaying the next client start time. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your session so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late start or we will adjust the service charge accordingly.
